SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises air fan with electric drive, pressure air pipe with air flow regulator, funnel, tunnel freezing chamber with horizontal grid-like partition and trays having grid-like bottoms. Freezing chamber bottom and lid are inclined to funnel. Formed in lid is trapezoidal cut expanding to rear end of freezing chamber. Product is frozen by outer air flow naturally cooled in winter period and having increased pressure.

EFFECT: reduced power inputs along with simplified structure.
