FIELD: mathematical modeling.

SUBSTANCE: method includes gathering information about each system of complex by probing actions, on basis of collected data an interface model is formed,, which displays connections and interactions of these systems, data about requirements of each system to other systems of complex and about outer requirements to each system of complex are inputted into formed interface model, using said interfaces, during functioning process of built model each system is checked for matching to requirements, conflict situations are detected and means are selected for adjusting complex systems to accordance to outer requirements and preventing conflict situations, formed model is changed and operations for detecting and selection are repeated until formed model matches outer requirements and conflict situations are prevented.
