SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacturing solid medicinal formulations of preparations used for prophylaxis and treatment of arterial hypertension and myocardium ischemia caused by organic impenetrability and spasm/vasoconstriction of coronary arteries. Medicinal formulation comprises amlodipine benzylate as an active component and potato starch, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc and lactose as accessory substances. Also, invention discloses a method for preparing medicinal formulation by granulation. Tablets exhibit homogeneity by mass, stability of quality indices with simultaneous availability of components used for its preparing.
