SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a membrane-sorption element and a method of its production and is dealt with. (57) Invention falls into to means for treatment of liquid mediums with the purpose of reocorrection, immunocorrection, biotransformations, catalytic effects, etc. The membrane-sorption element (MSE) consists of two layers, between which there is a layer of the sorption membrane having a carcass with cells filled in with a sorptive material. The design allows to use different sorbents as a such sorptive material including the fine-dispersive powders, gel-shaped pastes and so forth, that ensures efficient purification of biological liquids. The method allows to produce MSE within a uniform production cycle also in the form of a band containing a set of the linked to each other MSE, which is then cut to form separate MSE(s).

EFFECT: the invention allows to use different sorbents in the form of powder, gel and so on providing effective purification of biological liquids.
