FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with blood supply and blood discharge chambers, plasma separating and cleaning devices positioned in housing and made in the form of multiple-chamber membrane module containing two groups of blood chambers and plasma chambers arranged in alternation and oriented crosswise with respect to medium flows. Each chamber is formed by a set of flat semi- permeable membranes and sealing members and is open at medium supply and discharge sides. Separating-drainage member sets are placed in each chamber. Sealing members are formed as strips made from thermoplastic-containing materials and positioned along medium flow direction. Separating- drainage members in plasma chambers are made from microporous material. Track membranes are used as membranes and strips are made from polymeric adhesive melt. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, improved producibility. 3 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
