FIELD: homogenization of a pressed thin emulsion.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of homogenization of a pressed thin emulsion, such as milk. A thin emulsion is passing through at least two concentrically located slots (12, 13) of homogenizations, that are formed in the space between two narrow surfaces (10, 11) on a fixed seat (2) of a valve and two narrow surfaces (14, 15) on a movable cone (1)of the valve. When the thin emulsion is passing through slots (12, 13) of homogenization, then the first homogenization takes place. The homogenization is made more efficient due to the fact that, when the pressed thin emulsion leaves one of the slots (12) of homogenizations at a high speed and in the limited space, it meets the pressed thin emulsion coming from one or several other slots (13) of homogenization.
EFFECT: the method allows to increase efficiency of homogenization.
