SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new selective antagonists of α1b-adrenoreceptors of the formula (1):
wherein A represents 2-tetrahydrofuryl, 2-furyl substituted with linear or branched alkyl comprising from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, benzyloxy-group or phenoxyalkyl group substituted with linear or branched alkyl comprising from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and/or alkoxy-group comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or enantiomer, diastereomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of such compound. Also, invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on these compounds that is able to improve a state associated with sexual dysfunction. Invention relates also to applying the known compounds that are similar by their structure with compounds of the formula (1) used for preparing medicinal agents for treatment of sexual dysfunction and to a pharmaceutical composition based on thereof. Invention provides preparing compounds and pharmaceutical agents based on thereof for treatment of sexual dysfunction.
