FIELD: sugar industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing crude sugar in beet-sugar plants. Method involves preparing crude sugar clarification. Sugar massecuite with crystallization I is boiled down and centrifuged with removed fractions from the first and the second backflow. Mixture including clarification and 60-80% of the first backflow of indicated sugar massecuite is prepared and sugar massecuite of crystallization II from remained amount of the first backflow is boiled down and centrifuged it with removed fraction of the first backflow. Sugar massecuite of crystallization III is boiled down that is centrifuged with removing yellow sugar and molasses. Prepared yellow sugar is subjected for affinity process by backflowing sugar massecuite of crystallization II. Affinity sugar massecuite is centrifuged for separation of sugar-refining from affine backflow and this sugar is washed out. Sugar-refining is clarificated in common with yellow sugar of sugar massecuite of crystallization II. Clarification is subjected for sulfitation and fed to boiling down sugar massecuite of crystallization I and affinity backflow is fed to boiling down sugar massecuite of crystallization III. Invention reduces lime consumption for treatment of clarification, reducing sugar loss in molasses and elevating yield of ready production.
