SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. Method of sugar production, providing of boiling of the massecuite III crystallization, affinity of brown sugar III crystallization, extraction of the received affination fill-mass to separate the affinade from the affinity molasses. In this case, the brown sugar of III crystallization is affined with sugar syrup in a weight fraction of 38% to the mass of brown sugar at a temperature of 70°C for 20 minutes. Affinade is mixed with sugar syrup and briar powder and sugar is obtained with the addition of biologically-active agent, and the affinity molasses is given to the boiling point of the massecuite I crystallization.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the output of finished sugar and reducing losses of sucrose in the crystallization process.
