FIELD: tests of rocketry, in particular, moving-target simulators.
SUBSTANCE: the simulator is made in the form of a drum rotating on the axle and connected to an electric motor. Installed inside the drum in a circle are metal angle pieces with mutually perpendicular sides, which together with the lower and upper disks of the drum form corner reflectors. Each corner reflector is installed with provision of non-shading of the area of reflection of radiation of the previous corner reflector. The drum body is made in the form of a thin-walled radiotransparent shell.
EFFECT: provided simulation of a target moving at various speed on the radar screen.
