IL-10 content dropped more than 1.3 times as low and TNF-α more than 1.4 times as low when compared to the initial value on the background of constant IL-8 concentration, reflux-nephropathy is to be diagnosed in patients suffering from vesicoureteral reflux.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of early stage diagnosis method.
