SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for diagnosing early chronic renal disease in children, wherein enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is applied determining the markers of endothelial dysfunction and growth factors: endothelin-1 (ET-1), asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), homocysteine, platelet-derived growth factor AA (PDGF AA); and if four of the indicators are increased, the early stage of chronic renal disease is diagnosed in children.

EFFECT: invention ensures objectivity, elimination of the need to use a radio pharmaceutical, a possibility of implementation on an outpatient basis.
