FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: composition has compound A dissolved by acid or base, compound B not dissolved by acid or base ad having lower refraction coefficient, than compound A, radiation-sensitive dissolving substance C, generating acid or base, and solvent. Effect from radiation on composition through template or mask leads to dissolution of C and A components in radiated portion, as a result of which a difference in refraction coefficients appears between radiated portion and non-radiated portion, and in such way forming a structure having varying refraction coefficients.
EFFECT: stable structure with distributed refraction coefficient and stable optical material independently of use conditions.
