FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed photodetector designed for measuring space-time amplitude and phase distribution of interference field of opposing light fluxes has substrate, interference-sensing elements, and electrodes. Substrate is made in the form of plain-parallel glass wafer one half of whose surface is covered with layer of MgF2 and substrate center carries interference-sensing photoelectric elements PbS. Generated quadrature signals are used for reversing measurements of space-time amplitude and phase distribution in interference field of opposing light fluxes.
EFFECT: provision for reversing measurements of space-time amplitude and phase distribution in opposing light flux interference field.
