PHOTODETECTOR Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2243615 C2

FIELD: photodetectors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed photodetector has transparent substrate with two interference-sensing photoelectric cells and electrodes. Difference in optical distances from plane perpendicular to light beam being measured that confines photoelectric cell and from second photoelectric cell to this plane Δlopt = kλ/4, where λ is wavelength of photodetector spectral sensitivity extreme; k is positive integer number.

EFFECT: ability of generating in-phase and antiphase signals for opposing light fluxes selective with respect to interference-field measurement wavelength.
