SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for growing edible mushrooms Lentinus edodes. Method for growing edible mushrooms Lentinus edodes involves preparing mycelial biomass by submerged culturing in nutrient medium and preparing fruit bodies by sowing mycelial biomass on substrate. Culturing is carried out in the presence of manganese chloride and mycelial biomass is prepared before stage in formation of pigmented mycelial mushroom film. This provides shortening the technological process time in growing edible mushrooms shiitake, enhancing effectiveness of substrate colony forming capacity and, as result, elevated yield of mushrooms.
EFFECT: improved growing method.
