SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry and is a method for producing a lactobacterin eubiotic, including the production of the biomass of Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria, the addition of a sucrose-gelatose-lactic protective medium, the packaging into sterile ampoules, and lyophilic drying. According to the invention, pharmacological forms of the higher edible shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) are added to the sterile ampoules as a growth stimulator of lactobacilli in the biomass at the stage of packaging, namely sterile natural juice or powder in a volume of 2.5 % of the volume of the protective medium.

EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining a preparation with a large therapeutic effect by increasing the number of viable cells and the presence in its composition of natural biologically active components that have a positive effect on various systems and organs of the macroorganism.
