FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: terminal section of intestinal transplant should be visually divided into three parts. Mesenteric edge of the first part and counter-mesenteric edge of the third part counting from transplant's edge opening being equal by length to terminal section of mobilized esophagus should be sutured up with separate interrupted sutures. One should apply the first row of sutures between esophagus and a transplant by including mesenteric edge of the first part and counter-mesenteric edge of the third part into the last suture. Then development of esophagoenteroanastomosis should be completed. Middle part of intestinal transplant should be tightened up towards anterior abdominal wall to form there a supporting enterostoma. Enterostomic tube should be applied by leaving the area of esophageal anastomosis downwards along a transplant. The method enables to carry out earlier postoperational feeding through enterostoma by leaving the area of anastomosis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
