FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing two draining tubes in parallel to each other into an opening in small intestine. Distal end of one of the tubes is caudally arranged on the intestine and that of the other one is orally arranged. Seromuscular suture separating the tubes is placed in the center of hole between the tubes and 3 mm of the right and left intestine wall is sutured in perpendicular to its axis. Two semi-purse-string suture are placed 2 mm far from hole boundary, their middle parts are placed under the separating suture. The separating suture is tightened, knotted, the knot being located in the left intestine wall. The purse-string sutures are tightened, knotted, the knots being located on the right intestine wall. The knots are arranged on both sides of the separating suture. Enterostoma tubes are brought to the abdominal wall along the lateral surface in the area of the left flank. The left intestine side is attached to peritoneum with separating suture threads. Semi-purse-string suture threads are used for attaching the right intestine side to peritoneum.
EFFECT: allowed early stage postoperative enteric nutrition.
