FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applied for stomach replacement following gastrectomy. A continuous suture formed in an empty intestine extends at 4.0-5.0 cm below the centre of a transplanted intestine and couples mesenteric borders along 8.0 cm. An intestinal wall is V-dissected. The dissection extends as follows: the sections are started at 2.0 cm below an upper end of the previous suture on both sides of the sutured intestine; the sections are coupled in an internal corner to form a U-hole in the intestine. The U-hole is closed by the continuous suture started from the internal corner - a back wall first, a front one then. An internal line of the suture is covered by an external continuous blanket suture.
EFFECT: method enables preventing oesophageal reflux, improving quality of digestion.
