FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves removing deformed cartilaginous and osseous part of nasal septum between separated opposite leaflets of perichondrium and nasal septum mucous membrane. Then, transplant produced from human fetus nose septum is introduced. The transplant size is 5-7 mm greater than removed osteocartilaginous nasal septum hull defect size. The transplant is fixed on osteocartilaginous hull with distal part of semiconductor laser light guide end in contact way. Output power of laser radiation is equal to 8.0 W in permanent operation mode.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications; tight transplant fixation.
