METHOD FOR PLASTY OF TYMPANIC MEMBRANE'S DEFECT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

SUBSTANCE: above perforation opening of tympanic membrane after its de-epithelization one should apply a transplant out of human fetal dura mater that is 2 mm more against the diameter of perforation opening. Transplant should be fixed to the edges of perforation opening of tympanic membrane with distal part of light guide's edge of semiconductor laser "ATKUS-15" due to contact method at impulse mode, at impulse duration being 600-700 msec and output power of laser radiation being 8.5 W. The method provides tight fixation of allobrefotissue to the edges of perforation opening.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
