FIELD: medicine, colloidal chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing blood substitutes with gas-transporting function based on emulsions of perfluoroorganic compounds. The proposed emulsion contains the special stabilizing additive of broad spectrum, rapidly eliminating perfluoroorganic compound in the amount 25-50 vol.%, high-molecular perfluorinated additive in the amount 2.5-20 vol.% and phospholipids in the amount 2-10 wt.-%. The ratio of the content of high-molecular perfluorinated additive to the content of rapidly eliminating perfluorinated compound is from 1:2 to 1:10. As a stabilizing additive of broad spectrum emulsion contains fatty acids with from C10 to C22 and/or their salts, or triglycerides. In the proposed emulsion perfluorodecaline-rapidly eliminating perfluoroorganic compound is a base of perfluorocarbon phase and it carries out transfer of the main amount of dissolved gases. The second perfluorocarbon component - perfluoro-n-methylcyclohexylpyridine-high-molecular perfluorinated additive is used as both a carrier of gases and a stabilizing agent for emulsion. As an emulsifier of perfluorocarbons invention uses phospholipids from egg yolk or soybean. Special stabilizing additives are added for reducing average size of emulsion particles, increasing dispersity and stability in prolonged storage. Emulsion comprises an antioxidant, for example, alpha-tocoferol in the concentration from 0.01 to 0.05 g/l. Except for, emulsion can comprise the following components, g/l: sodium chloride, 6; potassium chloride, 0.39; magnesium chloride, 0.19; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.65; sodium hydrophosphate, 0.2 and glucose, 2.0. Invention provides enhancing stability and reduced cost.
