FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has master oscillator producing short rectangular pulses with succession frequency of (80±5) Hz, 132 Hz, 147 Hz, counting trigger, emitter repeater unit mounted between master oscillator output and counting trigger input, unit for producing constant feeding voltage, electromagnetic inductors connected in series, power amplifiers which inputs are connected to counter output and the output is connected to inductors, laser radiation sources designed as injector laser semiconductor diodes, each connected to the first input of corresponding laser diode, units for feeding laser diodes shutters, each connected to emitter repeater unit output and with its input to shutter input of the corresponding laser diode. Each electromagnetic inductor and laser diode are united in single structural unit, inductor winding being wound on dielectric carcass having movable core inside. The core has longitudinal through hole in which laser diode is mounted.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
