FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: railway automation and telemechanics for controlling the movement of trains at stations, stages and at industrial enterprises. The technical result is achieved by the entire set of essential features. The essence of the invention is that block microprocessor centralization consists of at least one automated workstation, at least one local computer network, a subsystem of servers and workstations, at least one communication channel, an executive group subsystem, at least one object control, an integrated linear point of dispatch centralization, wherein the local computer network connects the automated workstation with servers and workstations, and the subsystem of servers and workstations is designed to perform the functions of a dialling group of electrical centralization and linking with the subsystem of the executive group through communication channels, the subsystem of the executive group represents at least one logic computing device connected to a local computer network and to at least one secure interface device, which is connected to monitoring and control objects, and an integrated linear dispatch centralization point is connected to a subsystem of servers and workstations and to a local switch centralized dispatch network, which has a connection with an external remote workstation of the train dispatcher.
EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of the system due to distributed architecture, absence of an operating system in logic computing devices that ensure functional safety, and presence of an integrated dispatch centralization point; also, ease of adaptation of the system when making changes at the implementation site.
