FIELD: production of the foil paper.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used at production of a flexible foil paper, sorbents, structural materials. Fuel and air are mixed at ratio of 0.8+1.5. The produced fuel-air mixture is fed into a nozzle 1 with a diameter d1, burn it down with formation of an active stream of furnace gases and feed them at a speed of 35-200 m\s into the receiving chamber 2. There through a vertical branch-pipe 3 they feed a passive stream consisting of oxygenated graphite in the medium of the injected air. Consumption of the graphite makes - 2 kg per 1 kg of the furnace gases, the gas injection factor - 0.05 - 0.5. The active and passive streams are mixed in the cylindrical mixing chamber 5, connected with the receiving chamber 2 through a convergent tube 4. The diameter of the mixing chamber 5 is - d2 = 1.05 - 2.00d1, and its lengthis 6.00 - 10.00d2. The diameter of the receiving chamber 2 makes I.00 - 2.00d2. Produced mixture of the cellular graphite and the gases is fed into the diffuser 6 having an aperture angle of 8 - 10 °, then the cellular graphite is separated. The invention allows to reduce time of frothing, to reduce the cellular graphite bulk density and dimensions of the installation, to increase profitability of the process.
