FIELD: wine-making industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in domestic conditions. For preparing must 2 kg of honey is dissolved in 4-5 l of water with temperature 35-37oC. Ferment is prepared by mixing 1 l of honey must and 1 kg of grain wheat in the ratio 1:1 and mixture is fermented for 7-8 days at temperature 20-30oC. Ferment is combined with honey must in the ratio 1 weight part of ferment and 2-4 parts of solution, fermented for 7-10 days and a beer is separated by filtration. A beer is distilled by fraction to obtain 4 vol. parts of fraction with the strength 60-70, 56-60, 38-42 and 20-30 vol. % from 12 vol. parts. Fractions are mixed and drink with desirable strength is prepared. If necessary the drink strength is corrected. Drink can be infused with plants for providing corresponding color. The proposed invention provides preparing alcoholic drink with mild taste, tints of blended Scotland whisky, taste and after tasting wheat bread.
