FIELD: precious metal technology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidative firing of concentrate, disintegration of cinder, and adjusting the latter on table concentrator to isolate gold head and tails, after which gold head is melted with fusing agents in shaft-crucible oven, melt is tapped and separated into alloy and slag. When performing adjustment, not more than 5% of the weight of cinder is isolated into gold head and adjustment tails are remelted in ore-thermal furnace under accumulative melting conditions.
EFFECT: enabled rapid and effective production of crude alloy containing precious metals directly at gold-recovery fabrics from significant volumes of concentrates with high productivity and degree of recovery (up to 99%).
