SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes lined vessel, lined metallic lid, mechanism for distributing gas and dust, mechanism for removing gas, apparatus for providing rotation motion of melt. The last includes one or several multiphase inductors of traveling electromagnetic field. Inductors embrace lined vessel partially or completely. Invention is realized without direct contact of rotator with melt.

EFFECT: increased useful life period of melt rotator.
