FIELD: cartridges of short-barreled and barelles weapon designed for self-defense.
SUBSTANCE: the chamber has a cartridge case, percussion primer with a central contact, propellant charge and a rubber bullet with a duct. The percussion primer and the bullet are connected by an electric conducting rod, whose one end is in contact with the central contact of the percussion primer, and the end enters the bullet duct. The propellant charge may be divided into two parts, one of which is in the cartridge case, and the other - in the bullet duct.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of cartridge operation.
