FIELD: optical analysis.
SUBSTANCE: optical interferometer has source of low-coherent radiation, first light splitter, measuring shoulder made two-directional, bearing shoulder, second light splitter, at least, one photo-detector. Bearing shoulder is made with possible spreading of two beams of bearing radiation on it in opposite directions, while second light splitter additionally performs function for splitting first beam on third and fourth beams, and first light splitter is optically connected to analyzed object through ports of second light splitter and additionally performs function for mixing fourth beam of low-coherent optical radiation with portion of optical radiation being a result of mixing radiation returned from analyzed object with second beam of low-coherent optical radiation. One of light splitters is connected to appropriate photo-detector.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
