FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes supplying fluid through the inlet nozzles to the independent measuring chambers and then through the measuring nozzles, mounted according proposed scheme, to the space between the surface of the reference member and faces of the measuring nozzles, recording reference pressure in the measuring chambers with the use of sensors, transmitting measured signals from each measuring chamber to the electronic block for processing information, changing the reference member for the member to be measured, recording the deviation of pressure from the reference one, processing the results of measurements for each chamber in the electronic block for processing information, and transmitting the processed results of measurements to the indicator. The device has measuring chambers provided with the inlet and outlet measuring nozzles, sensor, electronic block for processing information connected with the sensors of each air independent chambers, indication block, storing block, and interface.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements.
