FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pressure gauge has housing, sensor made of two measuring corrugated diaphragms having the same corrugation profiles and mounted in the bore provided in the housing, differential capacitive converter of liner displacements of the sensor whose electrodes are formed by the measuring diaphragms connected with the housing, and additional corrugated unmovable diaphragm provided with the central opening and similar corrugation profiles interposed between the measuring diaphragms insulated from the housing . The electrodes of the converter is connected with the amplifying-converting block. The corrugated meters and unmovable diaphragm are provided with corrugations in periphery and radial directions. The periphery side of the unmovable diaphragm is provided corrugations in periphery and radial directions .
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements.
