FIELD: testing and measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering pressure in the testing chamber, increasing the rotational speed of the rotor up to the maximum required value, supplying heated air of a given pressure to the blades with subsequent lowering of the rotor speed down to the minimum one with simultaneous measuring of the parameters of the blade oscillation. Before reaching the maximum value of the rotation speed, the temperature of the rotor is increased up to the maximum temperature. In the course of rotor speed drop, the shape of the blade oscillation is additionally recorded. After the stop of the rotor, the air flow is increased and directed to the different zones of the blades. All operations are then repeated for recording and measuring the parameters of the additional shapes of oscillations. In the course of the measuring of the parameters of blade oscillations the temperature of the rotor can be lowered down to the minimum value.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy.
