FIELD: measuring techniques.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is aimed at measuring amplitude of oscillation of blades of turbo-machines and can be used in the structural development process, testing and operation inspection of the state of blades under conditions of a real working turbine unit. The device for measuring the amplitude of oscillation of blades of a spinning wheel of a turbo-machine comprises a reverse mark exciter 1, fixed in the rotor or disc of the vaned wheel of the turbine unit in such a way that, its circumferential-angular position lies inside the inter-blade space. The device also has an immovable reverse non-contact sensor 2, fixed on the immovable part of the turbine unit, an immovable peripheral non-contact sensor 3, fixed in the case 4 of the turbo machine over the motion path of edges of the blades, units 5 and 6 for generating rectangular pulses respectively reverse and peripheral sensors, microcontroller 7, with the necessary functional peripheral devices, and a personal computer 8.
EFFECT: reduced labour input for preparing gas-air ducts of turbo-machines and increases accuracy of measurements.
