FIELD: investigating or analyzing of materials.
SUBSTANCE: device has capacitive and temperature sensors. The capacitive sensor is connected with the generator connected with the control block. The generator provides voltage with in the frequency range of 1-30 MHz and is connected to the capacitive sensor through one of the primary semi-windings of the differential transformer, whose second primary semi-winding is connected to the reference capacitor. The secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the one of the independent channels of the two-channel analog/digital converter whose output is connected with the one of the digital busses of the control block made of a personal computer whose other digital bus is connected to the temperature gauge through the amplifier and single-channel analog/digital converter.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy.
