FIELD: non-destructive investigating of structures.
SUBSTANCE: method includes receiving, recording, and estimating parameters of the signals of acoustical emission when train moves over the structure, digitizing acoustical signals, calculating the spectrum of acoustical signals, preliminary processing, noise filtering, recording of time intervals of coming of acoustical signals, and calculating coordinates of developing defects.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
