SUBSTANCE: one should sample cell material from affected part due to puncture biopsy or, at availability of free excreta out of teats, with exfoliative technique and cytological testing of microscopy-obtained material. Decision on the fact of availability or absence of mammary tissue pathology should be established according to the presence or absence proliferative cells, cells with foamy cytoplasm, and cell-free protein masses. Moreover, if proliferative cells are absent, cells with foamy cytoplasm are, also, absent or their quantity is low and one can observe cell-free protein masses it is possible to diagnose the absence of pathology. If proliferative cells are present, and cells with foamy cytoplasm and cell-free protein masses are absent the state should be evaluated as pathological; if proliferative cells, cells with foamy cytoplasm and cell-free protein masses are present the state should be evaluated as instable and control-demanding. The innovation enables to detect optimal medicinal tactics and conduct control for therapeutic efficiency.
