FIELD: forestry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating strips of soil along slopes in autumn for forming of planting belts and uncultivated strips; planting shrubs and codominant kinds of wood while leaving places for planting of dominant kinds of wood; preparing planting holes at places for dominant kinds of wood; spilling mixture of forest soil, sand, humus horizon soil and peat into planting holes to the level of 10 cm below soil surface; in late autumn, planting dominant kinds of wood to create rows of dominant kinds of wood alternating with rows of shrub and codominant kinds of wood.
EFFECT: provision for creating on improved lands of high-productivity mixed forests resistant to root rots and forests.
