FIELD: forestry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out renewal of forest forming vegetation on forest renewal plots; creating functional vegetation mixed and compound in its structure, composition and origins of forest forming kinds of plants with different intensity of their growth as to natural renewal time, said renewal being enabled by artificial renewal through planting of plants on growing plots having area equal to that occupied by tree in mature timber; during creation of functional vegetation and by the end of established growing period at substantial growth intensity difference, planning and providing periodic clearing cuttings for removal of trees of fast-growing generations, with terminating procedure being conducted at the end of period when vegetative renewal is still possible. In case of artificial renewal, slow-growing kinds are planted simultaneously with fast-growing kinds, followed by single or double-triple cutting of fast-growing kinds with vegetative renewal and maintenance of constant height ratio of functional and auxiliary kinds approximating optimal ratio, and keeping of forest growing conditions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by maximal utilization of natural renewal potential and setting of full normative quantities by providing renewal in groups of forest types.
