FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing cosmetic agents used for skin care. Method for preparing cosmetic agent involves dispersing components in pharmaceutical solvent at room temperature. Components are added simultaneously or one after another through individual dosing apparatus into rotor-cavitation unit wherein dispersing components and cavitation homogenization of emulsion are carried out followed by packaging. Addition of components from dosing apparatus is carried out into the sonication chamber in the process of passing complex "Mirra" and an aqueous solution through it. Preliminary or in the process of dispersing at least gel-forming agent is fed into chamber and/or thickening agent in the amount up to 5% as measured for total mass and solid powder-like component sorbent or abrasive are added also. Ready product is fed into packaging capacities through sonication chamber in 2.5-4 min. Method provides preparing the finest monodispersed cream emulsions with submicron size of particles that are able to penetrate into skin deeply and to exert effect on the cellular level.
