FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: at first it is implemented adsorptive drying and cleaning of gas. Then part of flow of dried and cleaned gas is fed to contacting with hydrate inhibitor, after which it is mixed flow of gas concentrated by vapours of inhibitor of hydratorformation with main flow of dried and cleaned gas. Main flow of dried and cleaned gas before mixing with flow of gas, concentrated by vapours of inhibitor of hydrate build-up, is previouslycooled up to temperature minus 30°C÷minus 65°C, is partly condensate and separated. Received in the result of blending mixture is directed to wide cooling up to temperature minus 80°C÷minus 110°C.
EFFECT: improvement quality of inhibition of hydrate in the process of deep cooling gas, reduction of consumption of inhibitor hydrate and content of methanol in received production and reduction of operating costs.
