FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented in gas, oil, oil refining, petrochemical and chemical branches of industry. The installation consists of block of adsorption gas dewatering 1, of pipeline for dewatered gas outlet I, of a catalyst case 2 with inhibitor of hydrate formation, of pipeline for supply of part of flow of dewatered gas II into catalyst case 2 and of pipeline for outlet of flow of dewatered gas III enriched with vapours of the inhibitor of hydrate forming. Heat exchangers 3, 4, 5, low temperature separator 6 and facility 7 for gas deep cooling are successively installed on pipeline for dewatered gas I. A turbo-expander or throttle can be used as facility 7 for deep gas cooling. Pipeline for supply of part of dewatered gas flow II into catalyst case 2 is connected to pipeline for outlet of dewatered gas I before inlet to heat exchanger 3. Pipeline for outlet of flow of dewatered gas III enriched with vapours of hydrate forming inhibitor is connected to pipeline of gas outlet IV from low temperature separator 6 before inlet to facility 7 for deep gas cooling.
EFFECT: facilitating upgraded quality of inhibiting hydrate forming, reduced consumption of inhibitor of hydrate forming and contents of methanol in produced production, and also facilitating reduced operational expenditures.
