Abstract RU 2241142 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multiplicating centrifugal compressors with cooling of gas after working stages. Invention is aimed at reducing external loads acting onto booster housing and reducing deformations acting onto parallelism of axles of driving and driven gears, and facilitating manufacture of pipelines with cooling medium for gas and oil. Proposed plant has additional frame with posts and cross-bars connecting the posts in upper parts. Cross-bars are longitudinal and transverse relative to axis of compressor. Posts are secured on frame-oil tank at both sides from axis of compressor and they have length providing possibility of mounting transverse cross-bars higher than booster and working stages, and said coolers and filter are installed on additional frame. At least part of post and cross-bars are made hollow and they form cooling liquid let in and let out collectors connected to corresponding flanges of gas and oil coolers and/or oil let in collector connected to output flange of filter and to corresponding flanges of compressor.

EFFECT: improved reliability in operation and facilitated manufacture of plant.
