FIELD: rolling of metals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heavy-duty gear trains used in drive mechanisms of rolling mills. Device designed for fitting on shaft for rotation and axial of gear wheel has insert fixed in hole of gear wheel. Bushing is installed on shaft and is fixed relative to shaft. Bushing is installed on sliding surface for rotation inside insert. Thrust ring is fixed relative to shaft and it projects radially at one side of gear wheel. Holder at one side of gear wheel forms circular channel inside which ring thrust ring is installed along axis.
EFFECT: prevention of formation of clearances.
