FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: suction apparatus has casing with lower part arranged opposite upper part and connected therewith, brush chamber with suction opening, and turbine chamber separated from brush chamber by partition and communicated with it via passage in partition. Rotating brush mounted in brush chamber is rotated by turbine mounted in turbine chamber to be rotated by air flow drawn into vacuum cleaner. Suction apparatus has part for defining of auxiliary opening in turbine chamber so that turbine is partly seen, cover detachably mounted on auxiliary opening, and retaining devices for detachable attachment of cover on auxiliary opening. Auxiliary opening is formed in casing lower part, which is communicated with air channel, and cover has two channel forming walls defining narrower air channel in air passage channel.
EFFECT: simplified maintenance and repair owing to possibility of removing dust from space between air channel and turbine.
