FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, obstetrics, gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting physiological state of female reproductive system, planning the pregnancy or performing the ways to avoid undesirable pregnancy and it, also, could be applied in the field of animal science to detect ovulation period in animals. The latter deals with obtaining the contact of mucosal secreta and electrodes of a sensing device followed by measuring the polar conductivity of mucosal secreta during menstrual cycle that enables to determine blood concentration of a hormone and detect ovulation period by a maximum value of polar conductivity. Measurement of polar conductivity of mucosal secreta should be carried out in impulse mode. The suggested device has got a sensing device with electrodes, scheme for signal processing including a block to isolate useful signal and that of to transform useful signal into a digital code, digital indicator and supply unit. Block for isolation of useful signal contains a loading resistor, two repeaters and a condenser. Electrodes are designed to be out of chemically homogeneous material and of equal area.

EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of detection.
