FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has compression clips manufactured from titanium nickelide material possessing shape memory and superelasticity properties and transporting unit for delivering the device and mounting it via trocar lumen. A compression clip has two elongated wire branches arranged in row all over their length. An active member manufactured as cylindrical wire spiral brings the branches into engagement. The spiral is symmetrically arranged in branch plane and is orthogonal thereto. The first ends of branch are smoothly connected to spiral ends. The second ends of branch are bent into its lumen. The transporting unit is designed as tube for receiving a clip member having two elongated symmetric ring-shaped end protrusions. The protrusions are usable for fixing the branches.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated process in mounting the device.
