METHOD OF HIP JOINT ENDOPROSTHESIS IN CASE OF JUVENILE ARTHRITIS IN COMBINATION WITH OSTEOPOROSIS IN TEENAGERS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B17/56 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for endoprosthetics of hip joint in case of juvenile arthritis in combination with osteoporosis in teenagers. Osteotomy in the area of femur neck base is carried out by template and femur head is resected. After that, transplant is formed from resected femur head by means of oscillatory saw and fixed with two fixing pins to anterior, upper or posterior edge of acetabular roof, depending on defect location. Final fixation of acetabular roof transplant is carried out with two titanium screws in combination with titanium plate with dimensions, corresponding to the area of formed transplant. After that, bed for endoprosthesis cup is formed by club-shaped milling cutter. Transplant for acetabular bottom is prepared from earlier resected femur head. Transplant is installed on acetabular bottom. After that endoprosthesis cup is installed. Cup is fixed with titanium screws to pelvic bones. Insert from ceramics is laid. After that endoprosthesis leg with ceramic head is installed and, after endoprosthesis reposition, wound is layer-by-layer sewn tightly with installation of drainage system.

EFFECT: method ensures complete covering of endoprosthesis cup surface, elimination of loosening of endoprosthesis components in postoperative period.
