SUBSTANCE: device has working member manufactured as hollow tube having handle. Rod manufactured as wire having conic end and handle, bore having cutting part on one end and handle on the other one, reamer having handle on one end and cutting part with memory on the other one and drain manufactured as bundle composed of at least three threads of biologically inert material.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; enabled operations for creating artificial anastomosis and widening bone window.
